How do I create my first team?
Sign in, open the Teams page from the sidebar, and click 'New Team'. You can add members straight from the team card.
How are 4-week cycles calculated?
When you create a project, the end date is automatically set to 28 days after the start date. You can manage week-by-week progress from the project detail page.
How is project progress calculated?
Progress is the percentage of tasks marked Done out of total tasks in that project. It updates live as you change task status.
Can I assign tasks to teammates?
Yes. Add team members to a team, link a project to that team, then choose an assignee when creating a task.
Is my data private?
Yes. Row-level security isolates each workspace. Only you can see your data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings, scroll to Billing, and click Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of the current period.
