1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ProjectFlow ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no infringement of intellectual property, no interference with the Service's infrastructure or other users.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All ProjectFlow software, design, and brand assets are owned by ProjectFlow. You retain ownership of content you upload.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
