If you're not satisfied with a paid ProjectFlow plan, request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. No questions asked.
Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion.
How to request a refund
Email billing@projectflow.app from the email associated with your account. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exclusions
Custom enterprise contracts, services delivered on a fixed-fee statement of work, and add-on credits already consumed are non-refundable.
