What we collect
We collect account info (name, email, avatar) you provide via Google Sign-In, plus workspace data you create (teams, projects, tasks, notes).
How we use it
To operate the Service, authenticate you, deliver features, and improve performance. We never sell your data.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level security. Each workspace's data is isolated to its owner.
Your rights
You can request a data export or full deletion at any time by emailing privacy@projectflow.app. We respond within 30 days.
Third parties
We use vetted providers for hosting, authentication, and analytics. We require contractual data-protection terms with every processor.
